The hotel is a lovely place with very spacious and comfortable rooms, offering an excellent breakfast. The service is top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location is ideal, close to the city center and within walking distance to great dining options. The dining experience is exceptional, especially the ordered-to-requirement full English breakfast. A fantastic choice for a stay in York.
Staying at The Apple House was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with additional annex rooms for privacy. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing our stay. The location, close to the city center and train station, was convenient and quiet. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of choices to suit different preferences.
The hotel was clean and perfect for our needs, although it could have been a bit warmer in the early evening. The service was fantastic, with staff going above and beyond, including decorating our room for a birthday. The ideal location was within walking distance of the city center and provided a good base for exploring, even though the view was not the best. Dining options were varied and catered to all tastes, with a great selection available.
